Week A: off Monday & Thursday. Week B: off Wednesday & Friday. Takes whichever duties Spot 2 isn't holding that week.
The week has a fixed shape, so everyone knows their days off weeks ahead. Week A is the rhythm the house already runs. Week B swaps Spot 1 and Spot 2, so the days off move around and nobody is stuck seeing the same two days of the island. Misha's week stays the same throughout.
A position carries the duties, not the person. Whoever is in it inherits the shape for their whole stay, which is why a new contributor's weeks are ready before they land.
Week A: off Monday & Thursday. Week B: off Wednesday & Friday. Takes whichever duties Spot 2 isn't holding that week.
The mirror of Spot 1. Week A: off Wednesday & Friday. Week B: off Monday & Thursday, plus the Friday deep clean.
Off Tuesday & Saturday, four morning supports and the three dinners — the same every week. The one thing that moves: the Friday deep clean is his on week A only.
Session slots are laid down empty on purpose — the person rostered to one names it themselves on their own page.
Within a single week the two spots are deliberately uneven — one carries the Tuesday studio, the other does not. Over the full A+B cycle almost every count lands identical; that is what the alternation is for. The exception is the Friday deep clean. It is now one person rather than two, alternating between Misha and Spot 2 — and with one Friday per week and three people, there is no arrangement that gives both spots a turn inside a two-week cycle. Spot 2 carries it and Spot 1 does not, a two-hour difference per fortnight.

Misha's week reads heavier because he holds eight of the fourteen morning supports. The rest of the difference is the family dinners — a shared meal he hosts rather than a session he has to prepare — so the working weeks sit closer together than the totals suggest.
